Sry, but need help in sounds

Well, I have problem, allways when I try to convert wav files with dBpowermusicconverter, I get this kind of error message "The CODEC required to compress 'C:\Converted Music\kk.ogg' could not be opened."
I have ogg vorbis, but it doesnt work.
Sry, that this message is in wrong forum, but if you dont have nothing to say about my problem dont say anything like "This message is in wrong forum :-X"
