OFPR UZI is screwed

Ok, I didnt know where a good place for this question is, so I put it here.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or does anyone have any idea how to fix it.

I installed OFPR a while back and have always had this problem, whenever I select the Uzi or try to use it my guy has empty hands but it looks like hes holding a gun. Only he doesnt have a gun in his hands, and when I try to shoot his hands recoil but nothing comes out of the invisible barrel. The sites dont work either.

Just wondering if anyone has or has had this problem and if anyone has an idea why it is happening or how to fix it.
