adding Jpeg to overview.

I am looking for jpeg screenshot to put in my overview with a snow theme.
I have grabbed the pics off the terrain downloads and OFP doesn't read the texture.
Where can I get a snow screenshot and what program is recommended for changing pics to jpegs and altering the size?

The answer to this and any issue with related jpegs was issued in
  Overview and Briefing pictures! Arraaghhh!
on the 1st of Aug.
