Can u post trailers for up and coming campaigns or missions in the beta place or does it have 2 b a whole mission?

I don't think trailers are allowed in the missions beta section. I am not sure. Ask someone in charge of the missions depot or sometin

If you go to the Missions Depot and click on Submit mission you will see the submission guidelines.    They include:-

... Please do not submit Beta missions or Movies....


1. Missions will only be accepted if they are the "Final Version".

which I think is pretty clear.  

The beta testing forum board welcomes missions which are not yet finished and require testing or comments from other people.

If your mission is good enough, (i.e. exceptional) once it has been reviewed it may be mentioned in a news post.

If you want to make a trailer or advertise your mission before it's finished I suggest you find some free webspace somewhere, put it there and post a link in your signature line.
