Title: Ghostzilla and Login
Post by: Mr.Peanut on 09 Jun 2006, 13:56:49
First of all, it is great to see OFPEC up and running.  Hopefully, enough members have various resources/scripts/functions still on their hard drives so that we can restore most of the Editors' Depot when the time comes.

I use Ghostzilla as my web browser at work. It is a Mozilla 1.0.1 based stealth browser.  I can not login to OFPEC on it.  Will there eventually be a plain html based login on the forum page?

Unfortunately not...

The site needs the scripting support to function correctly. Ghostzilla's using such an old version of mozilla I'm not even sure where we might begin to make it compatible I'm afraid.

The best I can do for you is to suggest you bind a mouse button to bring up your email application (whatever you're using at work), so you can hide OFPEC when the boss walks in (I've never tested that trick though... no... never... of course not! ;D).

Or you can install Mozilla Firefox.
