Post by: 456820 on 22 May 2005, 18:17:40
okay i didnt know where this would go but this is probaly the most suitable place to put it.
Im just wondering about all the different functions we have on the forums like
- Quostes
- Code
- Font size/colour

well you should get the idea im just wondering how to use several of them i would like to know how to use the
- Hyperlink one (where you type something like 'HERE' and when you click it it takes you to the site)
- Insert image also what does it do
- Also ive seen multiples put into one like a Marquee where it goes along the page joined with font size and glow.

Ive tried a post and just click prview but i cant seem to get any of these to work

For the url one......it goes like this.....

[ u r l = Put the url here] Here[/ u r l ]

Of course you need to remove the spaces I put inbetween there.

For the code.

[ c o d e ]
Code here
[ / c o d e ]

Similar for quote.

Colour....example

[ c o l o r = Maroon ]Text here[ / c o l o r ]

Or just use the buttons on the interface.

A helpful tutorial has already been written.

See if you can find this button:-

(http://www.ofpec.com/yabbse/YaBBImages/help.gif) (http://www.ofpec.com/yabbse/YaBBHelp/index.html)

somewhere on this page.  ;)   Once you've found it and clicked on it, the answers to your questions are under the section called Posting.
